In order to implement their new “elevated drive-thru concept,” which features four drive-thrus and an elevated kitchen on the second floor, the fast food chain opened a new location in McDonough, Georgia. Food will be delivered to staff members using conveyer belts, who will then serve it to customers.

Company executives claim that compared to a standard Chick-fil-A drive-thru, which has two lanes, the new design can serve two to three times as many vehicles.

Drive-thru lanes will offer two ways to place orders: traditional ordering or just mobile orders.

Additionally, the company states that meal orders may be served by staff every six seconds thanks to its conveyer belts.
