Janhvi Kapoor’s co-star in Ulajh, Gulshan Devaiah, spoke out recently about the cruel internet harassment the actress has received. He talked about how Janhvi had to cancel a “botched AMA session” on Reddit because of the excessive hostility and offensive remarks. Furthermore, Gulshan made it clear that his earlier statement—which had been misinterpreted—about not getting along with Janhvi wasn’t intended to be a negative reflection on their professional relationship.
During an interview with Galatta India, Gulshan voiced apprehension regarding the degree of hostility aimed at Janhvi. “Unfortunately for her, she has this… slight negativity,” he remarked. It’s a tad excessive. She has also acknowledged that she is aware of the comments made about her on Reddit.
Gulshan clarified how his previous remarks about not getting along with Janhvi were misinterpreted and acknowledged the abuse she faces. “The point that I was trying to make was that two people do not necessarily have to vibe to have effective chemistry,” he clarified. You must be competent in your line of work.
I am fully aware of Janhvi’s experience with internet trolling. Additionally, even earlier… Sometimes, I think it goes too far and becomes excessive.
