A strategic alliance between Google and the Tamil Nadu government aims to hasten the creation of an AI-powered ecosystem in the region. The cooperation, which was formalized by a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), will be concentrated on projects in several important domains, including talent development, AI startup facilitation, and support for MSMEs in the industrial ecosystem.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed at Google’s Mountain View headquarters in the presence of Google executives Amit Zavery and Nanda Ramachandran, as well as officials from the state’s investment promotion agency, Guidance Tamil Nadu, and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin and Industries Minister Dr TRB Rajaa.
